Nick Jones

CEO & Founder

Nick founded the company with a mission to make winning new contracts for SME’s much simpler. By building genuine relationships with companies Nick aims first to understand your business in detail before matching qualified tender opportunities within your chosen fields, geographies, financial parameters or service lines. Nick started his careers in leisure, FM and Sports Management before working in security and has held operations, sales and tender management positions within both SMEs and FTSE 100 companies.

John French

Non-Executive Director

John co-founded the company with Nick having worked together within the security industry. John came from a Business Information background, starting his career at Dun & Bradstreet before moving into a number of management roles including Telecoms & Networking with Cable & Wireless, Digital Media with Monster. A trained Business Analyst, John has led sales teams selling to Global, Enterprise and SME markets by installing value-based methodologies ensuring clients gain maximum return from their investment in service. John has a track record of delivering high-value, complex solution sales through competitive bidding processes

Ann Tighe

Non-Executive Director

Ann is an experienced Bid Director who has worked in local government, the voluntary and commercial sectors at senior management level. She has proven strengths in bidding, policy, strategy, transformational change and operational delivery across a range of sectors. Ann started her career as a trained social worker before managing the business development directorate and running operations at the charity Nacro. She is accredited by the APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) in bidding and project management and has headed up the security bidding department for a FSTE 100 company. She is customer focused, known for driving excellence and has a track record for delivering winning bids.

John Preston

Non-Executive Director

John joined the board and brings broad senior management experience from multiple sectors. He is a qualified accountant and worked in the business services/facilities management sector for 17 years, undertaking financial and general management roles, including 8 years in the security industry. In 2006 he moved into the Health and Social Care arena, holding a number of senior roles in this sector. John has worked for FTSE listed, private equity backed and privately owned organisations. John held responsibility for the business development strategies and has a proven track record of growing businesses through successful tendering and retention by maintaining strong relationships and leading M&A activities. More recently this experience focused on winning NHS and local government opportunities.
